Mike takes commissions for corporate and family portraits, landscapes and other subjects. He will paint portraits from photos but prefers to take his own pictures and/or do on-site sketching for reference. Mike paints in a traditional representational style combining the best of realistic classical and impressionistic methods. Mike is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico but takes commissions from all over the country. He is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America (PSA), American Plains Artist (APA) and the Plein Air Painters of New Mexico (PAPNM). He is an Associate member of Portrait Society of America.

Mike’s commissioned art work is done to the individual client’s specifications.

Portrait Painting is at approximately life-size.
Group Portraiture: First portrait full price; each additional figure or special background one-half price. Significant variations from life size can affect the price.

Southwestern or other favorite scenes, etc. Prices vary according to size. A 16" x 20" is $2000.

Still-lifes, Animals and Pets
Nostalgic and commemorative objects. Prices vary according to size. A 16" x 20" is $2000

Terms
25% down, 25% on approval of design and balance upon satisfactory completion. Travel and framing extra. .
